Palm Key is a unique combination of a nature getaway and a learning center. It is the ideal place for fellowship, for learning, for connecting, and for growing. We also hold wellness events. Whether you're planning a training session to develop your workforce, a retreat for visioning and planning, or a workshop for knowledge building, Palm Key provides the ideal setting, accommodations and meeting facilities. The staff at Palm Key is available to arrange all the details of your visit to ensure your stay meets your desired goals. We will tailor a package to suit your individual needs, whether your group is large or small.

Corporate Event

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the lovely "Palm Key" experience. The setting was just what we needed to slow down, focus on our work and open ourselves to new ideas and ways to approach our project. The food was fabulous, the cottages superb, the conference center was spacious and conducive to learning. We enjoyed every minute we spent here!

Event Pricing

*Two or more nights:

• $118 per person per day: Semi-Private Suite Accommodations (shared bedroom with 2 queen beds and bath, shared living, dining areas, kitchen and porches, with marsh, pond or woodlands view), 3 meals/2 snacks per day, and an activity.
• $168 per person per day: Private Suite Accommodations (private bedroom with one or two queen-sized beds, private bath, shared living, dining areas, kitchen and porches, with marsh pond or woodlands view), 3 meals/2 snacks per day, and an activity.
• $218 per person per day: Private Cottage Accommodations (bedroom with one or two queen-sized beds, private bath, private living, dining areas, kitchen, porches, with marsh, pond or woodlands view), 3 meals/2 snacks per day, and an activity.

*One night:

• $168 per person per day: Semi-Private Suite Accommodations: shared bedroom with 2 queen beds and bath, shared living, dining areas, kitchen and porches, with marsh, pond or woodlands view, 4 meals/3 snacks per event, and an activity.
• $218 per person per day: Private Suite Accommodations: private bedroom with one or two queen-sized beds, private bath, shared living, dining areas, kitchen and porches, with marsh, pond or woodlands view, 4 meals/3 snacks per event, and an activity.
• $268 per person per day: Private Cottage Accommodations: bedroom with one or two queen-sized beds, private bath, private living, dining areas, kitchen, porches, with marsh, pond or woodlands view, 4 meals/3 snacks per event, and an activity.

Family Event

"Palm Key as been a marvelous “get away” experience for us.  The food and company have been great and the cottage offers everything you want and need.  From the “Fiddler Crabs” to the Spanish Moss, from boating in the marsh to seeing the heron nesting in the rookery, this has been a true Lowcountry experience which shall be remembered, and savored, for years to come."

Browse through the 40 cottages available for rent to select just the right setting for your weekend getaway, family vacation, anniversary or birthday celebration, family reunion, or other special family event.

Palm Key's cottages will easily accommodate overnight stays for family gatherings up to 100, more depending on specific needs. Our expert staff can design a package tailored to your family's tastes. Lowcountry cuisine, kayaking, nature activities, and historic tours are among the many choices we offer.

Getaway Package
Add a Getaway Package to your cottage or facility rental for $45 per person per day; includes an activity and choice of two complimentary meals per day per person, usually served "family style"; however, we will gladly arrange delivery to your cottage if preferred. Guides, instructors and special activities/programs are not included in the Getaway Package.

Note: Children twelve and under are half price. Children under 5 are free. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and may be changed without notice.

*For family events of 40 or more/2 night stay:

Policies
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your accommodations and meeting space. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your event. If for any reason your group has to cancel, deposits and payments may be applied to a future stay at Palm Key within one year of cancellation based on available space.
