Come Join Instructor Frances Phaneuf in this three day workshop in the use of watercolor in creating botanical paintings. The Fran has studied botanical illustration at various institutes at home and abroad,and her botanical watercolors have been exhibited at the Philadelphia Flower Show, Morris Arboretum and the Delaware Horticulture Society.
